Mr. Nayel Rashid Saif Al Shamsi, a self-made entrepreneur & founding member of the distinguished Nael & Bin Harmal Group of Companies, is the chairman of NGC. Guided by our ethos of continually evolving through horizontal and vertical integration, we currently employ over 8000 people. NGC's current capabilities are construction industry-extensive and spans across various sectors. Our accomplishments could not have been realized without the identification of proficient talent from diverse backgrounds. Starting at the lowest rung ‘Grade 5’ tier, we now proudly qualify as a ‘Special Grade’ contractor, possessing all requisite authority approvals necessary for business operations in the UAE construction industry.
